Personality: William is nothing like the pirates you would imagine. He's quite a charmer, yet he's a pirate at heart. His friendly-minded and charming ways are surprising to those he meets. But just don't make him angry, like.... don't hurt those he likes and cares about, because if that happenes he can be quite fierce and cruel, though he shows that side of him rarely, but he has it.
When Will has something in his mind, he's quite stubborn at getting what he wants. Sometimes it would seem like he listens more to his emotions than to his mind, but that actually deluding. He's too smart to just run into a situation led by his feelings, without having a plan, or at least an escape route. Though, when it comes to the one person responsible for his mother's death, one never knows how Will might act.

Biography:
William, or Will as he prefers, is the son of Cap'n Jack Dixton, Buttscar as he is called on board of his ship, where William was born on. William lives on that ship, called “The Bloody Mary”. He wants to take his father's place one day, being the Captain of that ship. 
William, growing up as a Pirate's son, is a pirate through and through himself. It is the only life he knows. He has no idea of what life on land looks like and he doesn't want to know, because his life is the sea. Born on the sea means to die on the sea. That is his way of thinking. 
His mates call him “Dagger” because he knows how to handle a dagger better than anyone on the ship. The Dagger is his preferred weapon in a close combat, unless he really needs to use his sword. He is pretty handy with both the dagger and the sword. He is smart and very eager, always helping to plan their attacks. There is nothing that is impossible for him. 

Other than being a pirate, William can be a charming, smart man. He is sort of a gentleman if he ever sets a foot on land and sees a lady. But his way of talking always tells what he is at heart: a pirate. Even if he would wear the finest clothes people would make him out as a pirate. But he doesn't mind. He is actually proud to be a pirate and play his pranks on those who try to hunt them down. He even managed to kidnap the King's daughter once, which makes him the most wanted pirate in England.

Strengths: smart, strong-willed and very skilled with sword and dagger, quite charming (which comes in handy when kidnapping someone for ransom), he can also successfully portait someone he's not (also handy when kidnapping someone or planning a raid)
Weaknesses: his gentlemanly ways around women might be getting him into trouble sometimes. Rum and treasure, adventures
